Day 01: Hanoi - Arrival (D)
Meet on
arrival at Hanoi / Noi Bai International Airport and transfer to hotel for
check in.
P.m: City
tour (if time permits): Temple of Literature, built in the 11th century as
Vietnam's first university, Fine Art Museum and Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son
Temple and the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Dinner at local restaurant. Evening: Water
puppet show, the unique Vietnamese traditional art. Accommodation.
Day 02: Hanoi - HaLong Bay (B/L/D)
Breakfast
at hotel.
Half-day
city tour: Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum (closed on Monday, Friday and the whole
October-November) and Residence, One-Pillar Pagoda, Army Museum. Lunch at local
restaurant. P.m: Drive to Halong, 180 km east of Hanoi. Transfer to hotel.
Dinner and accommodation.
Day 03: HaLong Bay - Hanoi (B/L/D)

Discover
Halong Bay, listed as a World Heritage Area of outstanding natural beauty.
"Dragon descending to the sea" as it is known in Vietnamese,
picturesque Halong Bay has more than 3,000 limestone islets rising from the
clear emerald water, many of them containing beautiful grottoes. A 5-hour boat
trip will visit one grotto, then continue to explore more of these wonders of
creation. Seafood lunch on board. P.m: Drive back to Hanoi. Dinner and
accommodation.
Day 04: Hanoi - Departure (B)
Breakfast.
Leisure time until transfer to Hanoi / Noi Bai International Airport for
departure.
