Terms & Conditions
DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT.  Deposit $100-$250 per person per package.  This deposit is non-refundable. 
Final payment is due 60 days before departure date. 
Airfare may be due in full based on the airline due date and airline regulations.

REVISION. The fee of $25 per transaction will be charged for any revision or alteration made after sales confirmation. 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND.
60 - 46 days before departure: 15% of the total price. 
45 - 31 days before departure: 25% of the total price. 
30 - 26 days before departure: 35% of total price. 
25 - 16 days before departure: 50% of total price including air if purchased. 
Within 15 days of departure: 100% of total price including air if purchased. 
Additional fees will apply for any hotels, air tickets alkready issued. 
No refund for non-refundable deposit,  non-refundable air tickets and any missed or unused services, hotels or meals. 
4% of the total credit card payment is non refundable as a Bank Fee and our service fee


LATE BOOKINGS.  A $35 fee will be charged for all booking withing 60 days of departure.
NOT INCLUDED. Personal extras in hotels and restaurants.  Passport, airport taxes or any immigration fee.  Optional sightseeing; baggage or personal insurance; meals no specified; personal expenses & tips.  Security, U.S. Customs.

PACKAGE PRICES.  All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars.  Prices are subject to increase without notice if such rates change prior to departure.

Return Check Fee  A $35 return check fee will be charged on any return check. 

Online Reservatio
n:  All online reservation terms and condition is upon the Affiliate Company.   Thailand Vacation Tour Corporation will not have any response to any of the acts to/from any online reservation.

DISABLED TOUR PARTICIPANTS
.   Any disability requiring special attention must be reported to Surapon Tour at the time of booking in order to give our best support and accommodate the special needs.
All payment for transportation or travel service not provided to the passenger shall be promptly refunded, in accordance with the agreed-to terms and condition, unless the passenger otherwise instructs the seller of travel in writing.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Passenger agrees that Thailand Vacation Tour Corporation assumes no liability whatsoever for any injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur as a result of any act of default of any suppliers of services or any damage or delay due to machinery breakdown, quarantine, weather, act of war or insurrection, terrorist activity, revolt or other civil disturbance/hostility, military action, strikes or labor unrest or any act of God or any other act of any third party.

Thailand Vacation Tour Corporation strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance and baggage insurance.  Tour members should also check with a health authority for the latest health requirement.

In case of the hotels mentioned are fully booked, Thailand Vacation Tour Corporation will provide the similar hotels with the same category.  Prices are per person, double occupancy.  (Except one person rate)  Seasonal surcharges, availability are restrictions may apply.

Air transportation is in economy class.

California law requires certain sellers of travel to have a trust account or bond.  This business, Thailand Vacation Tour Corporation, has a trust account with Wells Fargo Bank.

Thailand Vacation Tour Corporation is participant in the Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation (TCRC).  You, Passenger may request reimbursement from TCRC if you are owed a refund of more than $50 for transportation or travel services which was not refunded in a timely manner by a seller of travel who was registered and participating in the TCRC at the time of sale.  The maximum amount which may be paid by the TCRC to any one passenger is the total amount paid on behalf of the passenger to the seller of travel, not to exceeed $15,000.
A claim must be submitted to the TCRC with in six months after the scheduled completion date of the travel.  A claim must include sufficient information and documentation to prove your claim and a $35 processing fee.  You must agree to waive your right to other civil remedies against a registered participating seller of travel for matters arising out of a sale for which you file a claim with the TCRC, if you were located in California at the time of the sale.

For the purchasing from outside of California, that such transactions are not covered by the California Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation
